Rules of participation in the loyalty program:
Loyalty program discount is valid if the booking was made through the hotel reservation department.
Only those guests who book and pay for accommodation service according to the published rate directly in the hotel can participate in loyalty program.
Loyalty program is not valid if the guest's reservation is made through travel company.
The loyalty program discount does not apply to special offers, promotions and package services;
